This tensioner is not a solution, after 30-40 hours of printing it show the weakness.
I used a 1.5 mm diameter metal bar for it. I'll try also to use the original bearing if the current release is not enough. InstructionsPrinted very well without support and raft on Replicator 2.
My settins are 50% Infill - 2 Shells and 0.2mm layer thickness.
