Somehow those capsules look nice and you need to grab them. So I thought a vertical orientation would work well. I used a makerbot rep2, set to 0.2mm resolution print height and highest resolution. I used a raft. No supports needed. I exposed the part to acetone (indirect method) for 2 hours, and saw some smoothing. The part is more shiney now. You can see the result in the picture where I'm holding it in my hand.
