Any screws. The screw-head shoulder is flat, but you can use countersunk screws provided you have enough perimeters for it to not crush under the screw head.
I recommend thicker perimeter 2mm+ and 10-50% infill. Depends how strong you want it!
No supports necessary if you print it on it's side.
