SummaryThese are build plates for a single sheet style Prusa i3. It uses many upgrades
from around Thingiverse. I won't list them here, but they are listed on my blog here, and are also listed as the ancestors for this Thing.
You'll notice that there are two sets of Z couplers. This is because I forgot initially that the z-rods on the i3 are M5. I left the original M8 (Applerust's) ones in there, because I figured they'd come in handy on another printer or something. The plate labeled Plate 4 has printed LM8UU bushings; don't print this if you plan to use regular LM8UU's. If you do print it, you should have enough spares to last a long time.
This has two 3mm bowden extruders, and a dual hotend mount.
Normally, I would upload source files, but they aren't much help, because I was having rendering problems in OpenSCAD, and I ended up having to do half of it in TinkerCAD.
UPDATE: I forgot one of the bits in there, which is the i3 Z rod stabilizers, by Bernardo Baptista (Thingiverse user bernabap).
I've updated here and on my blog. Sorry Bernardo!
UPDATE Aug 13, 2013: Added Build Plate 1V2, now featuring Jridley's Extra Rigid Y Axis belt clamp with Tensioner.InstructionsPrint. I would recommend about 30 to 35% infill, but go with what you're comfortable with.
They are laid out for a 200x190 mm bed.
Ignore the one that says Plate 33. It was the third version of Plate 3.
For the 5mm-5mm Z couplers, I would recommend using some tubing, becuase I generated them right at 5mm, and haven't been able to test them yet.
