Headset Stand and charger cord holder! Fantastic for "beats design" headsets. It's an expensive unit, keep it off the table! Will work for many other headsets as well! No glue used may need a tad bit of sanding when connecting but very little. All parts fit to each other and is very sturdy!  Super cool unit.
