I set mine up to be 2x a thread width for the external walls and 4x for the internal. That way, it didn't do any fill pattern, it just made them solid. I've found that for items like this it's useful to switch to a bigger nozzle if you have one (I used a .6 for this with a .375 layer height and .75 thread width). The floor argument turns the floor off or on (1 is on).
