I designed it after her balloon pegacorn she got at the local highland games (which she named "Dooky Winn") popped, and I promised her Dooky Winn would fly again, so... PEGACORN! I included the un-based version in case anyone would want that, though I don't think Dooky Winn will stand on her own (I could be wrong though).
