Printbed Bracket for MakerGear M2
Free
SummarySince I've been experimenting with different surfaces and materials, I've bought new print surfaces like glass and spring steel. Some of these have come in dimensions slightly different than the stock print surface for the Makergear M2. So instead of cutting the rubber pieces that hold the print surface in place, I designed an adjustable bracket that I've been able to use to hold a variety of slightly mis-sized print surfaces. This has been particularly useful with the BuildTak surface as their surface comes slightly larger than my stock glass. InstructionsJust remove the rubber printbed hold downs and slide these in place. Snug them up against the printbed and tighten. Mine hold the print surface very firmly in place.
