SummaryI needed a Y Idler that maximized the space I had on the Y-axis. I needed to do a print that pushed to the absolute edges of the build plate. It works just as good as the i3 rework but is smaller in size and uses a smaller bearing.
You'll need:
1 4mm bolt and nut
1 5mm bolt and nut
2 5mm washers
1 605Z bearing
Sandwich the bearing in between the washers and then insert into idler.
Screw the 5mm bolt through and tighten it with a nut on the opposite side, use threadlocker to make sure its stays put.
Enjoy, feedback/suggestions always appreciated.
