A plant inception.
The support is attached to the railing with two zip ties and the vases are kept in place by an octagonal pin. Very reliable even with strong winds, mine has been outside for 2 years and never fell down :) You should put a little rock on the bottom, in order to keep dirt inside while letting excess water flow away. Easy to scale and adapt to any plant dimension.
