SummaryI'm building an slightly modified ShapeOko and I needed a way to get the belts I am using properly tensioned. I am using HTD3M 10mm belts.InstructionsI am using HTD3M 10mm belts.
I have noticed the right alignment is crucial to get the system working properly, so there are two different models depending on where the tensioning bolt is (above or below the belt).
The design is for M4 bolts and it contains a nut trap. However, I am not needing to use any nut as the printed part can get the threading by turning the bolt and it is strong enough for the task. This way I can mount the same part on both sides of the belt without the need of creating a mirror part (please note the belt axis does not match the bolt axis).
