This bracket damps the vibrations during printing and stabilizes the whole construct a little bit more.

Hole diameter: 10mm
Side holes diameter: 4mm
The hole on top is for stacking multiple brackets with a screw. The two side holes are for attaching the bracket firmly onto the smooth rods with screws.
