Summary
Conical top cap with built in M6 bolt, use torx bit to finger tighten only.
DO NOT use this to preload the bearing or tighten the stem. Use this for weight reduction only. Works with 1.125" forks/stems. Use a metal top cap to preload the headset bearings, tighten the stem bolts to the recommended torque setting. Remove metal cap and replace with this one for weight reduction.
