This could be used as is or altered for many genres of cosplay for your dog.   I use this for WWII reenacting on my German shepherd mix.  The Soviets trained the dogs to go under the tanks by keeping them hungry and only feeding them under the tanks.  The satchel would have to be sewn, but the mechanism is 3d printable.
