Description
The Rhino 60DS handgun styled to match Harley Quinn's beautiful hand gun in Suicide Squad! I am very new to 3D printing and pretty happy with the result of this first print. The tick marks above the trigger I didn't model in because I thought Harley herself would have scratched them in as her tally went up! There are a few details that are a simple matter of painting that I'd like to fix. I'm very grateful I was able to work with the knowledgeable Noah Li-Leger in White Rock BC (On 3D Hub)

IMPORTANT IF DOWNLOADING:
I have attached the original model part files, as well as the EDITED files that my 3D Hub used to print the gun.
In the edited files, you can see how Noah cut the parts for printing, and they are at the proper scale.
I have also included the barrel and body together if you have a bigger build platform.
IF YOU USE THE ORIGINAL MODEL: Please note that it is tiny, and we printed it at 1300%
The gun length is 10.5" from barrel to handle.

I'm trying to buy the mold from Rhino and I can't, because it says the server has a problem. Would there be another place for me to download the file?

No, i don't. I don't have a printer either. I used an online service called 3D hubs to find a printer near me, but you can also send the design to shapeways.
I see a bunch of different edits for the file. Which of the Stl files actually need to be printed for the final result?
The instructions should be in the description, the files named (edited) are the ones that are the proper scale for printing and were edited by the printing service i used.
Any prints require the use of supports?
Hello! Though I have not printed this model myself (I don't have a printer) Other people have printed it and I don't believe have used any supports. The pieces are separated into fairly simple components and don't have any crazy overhangs that I can think of, as long as they are oriented nicely in whatever printing software you're using. I hope this helps!
paid for this 2 x times now will not me download the files, emailed support and no answer. Let it be a warning to others you will have to charge back your card.
Anything to do with payments is controlled by pinshape, not me. Usually customer service takes 24-48 hrs for them to get back to you. I responded to you immediately explaining i would get back to you in the next few days to see if I need to do anything on my end, however it seems the .pngs are included in this download.
hi, the engravings on the tip of the barrel is abit faded thus, its very hard to print on a fdm printer...

Brilliant model I printed the barrel today and its awesome! One quick question. Do all the non edited parts need to be scaled up by 1300%. (I noticed in the description of the print you said that you printed it at 1300%)
That's great to hear! Yes, all the unedited parts should be a uniform scale, therefore should all be scaled by 1300%. if you want to double check you should be able to load all of the parts in one scene, and you can generally tell by comparing the parts to the photos provided if they are the same scale or not (they shouldn't be wonky, like at all different scales) The guy that printed the gun for me printed at 1300%, and the edited pieces are the ones he made at the correct scale and cut it a bit for easy printing on an fdm.
Hey there! Some of the files (Like the Hammer) came prezoomed to 10,000 and they seem wayy to large to make sense and I'm not sure what size they should be. 100% was super small

The parts had to be way scaled up from the original, so it is correct if you bring in the other pieces as well. The gun overall is 10.5 inches irl and the hammer is just a small part of it. The size of the original files are way too small to print.

How did you clean the seam of the barrel so well? Did print them together or just sand the pieces?
the main body of the gun was split down the center so the trigger piece could fit in, one thing I didnt think about when I was modeling it! but once the two halfs were glued together, I used Tamiya modelling putty and sanding to cover it :)
Hi, thanks! When I download, all the files come out very small. Smaller than 10 mm. Can you give me the dimensions of of the barrel to use as a scale guide??
For sure! I will update that in the notes. The barrel should be 6" and the overall gun length should be 10.5" I know the pieces are kind of separated, but the barrel and handle should not be moved, therefore the barrel end to handle end would be 10.5" long. I believe my 3D Hub guy printed at 1300% My apologies! I tried exporting at the proper scale but I need to learn how to do that properly, I dont know how it came out so small!
