This shield is about 40cm in diameter and composed of multiple sections that join together. Dremel welding works for the joints. Holes are included for 6mm dowel friction fit connections. It works very well especially when you reinforce it with filler/polyester resin, then prime, paint and varnish/seal it. This is a beast of a shield!
The graphics are incorporated into the design for easier painting and the design is very robust with extra ribbings, as well as loop holes for leather belts. The first print has been completed after about 40 hours of printing, reinforced with polyester filler, sanded, painted and varnished in Winter edition style.
