Summary
Minimal size Qi charger box.
Uses a cheap and easily available Qi charger PCB+antenna kit:

Make sure your antenna ferrite disc is about 49.8mm in diameter (see "coilShieldX" value in source file).
When installing the antenna, flex the cover part to ease the insertion. I didn't do it and broke the ferrite antenna shield (glued it back)...
Unsolder the LED (mark it's orientation) then insert the PCB in place.
To insert the PCB: put the USB connector side in the entrance of the two long guides and slide it towards the USB connector hole while pushing it down. It should slide easily and snap in place.
Solder back the LED on the components side of the PCB (trim its pins).
You can customize the font for the cover marking before printing it.
