Summary
This part needs a version 2.0, but it is operational. The tension on the belt pulls with enough force to angle the whole part (as seen in the picture).
For version 2.0:
-Rotate bearings to rotate on an axis parallel to the x axis instead of the z axis.
-Change mount part to accommodate the new bearing direction.
