15% Notes:
Extrusions should be printed upright, You can scale along Z axis to create longer or shorter extrusions. I print them with a 0.75 nozzle and 0.400 height.
Print one at a time for best plastic adhesion, I typically print about 150mm in about an hour. You might need a raft if your bed axis are very aggressive. Slow the print down after 100mm to prevent toppling.
Mounts and the rest are printed with 0.4 nozzle and 0.200 height. No supports are needed, just pick the most suitable orientation.
Post-Printing
Requirements
This system is currently based on M2.5 bolts in the 5-8mm range. If you want to use M3, you should just run a M3 tapping tool through the holes first on a electric drill at low speed.
