Summary
My wife is an educator and wanted to do a Star Wars bulletin board similar to one she saw online. I used koshpavel's storm trooper svg to make the trooper piece. I enlarged muzz64's Darth Vader fob to the max that would fit on my printer. I design the text plaque in solidworks and used the Star Jedi Font I found online to get the text to look right. There is a 0.2mm gap between the parts and the sign, so with the first layer squish on my printer I had to file all the parts a little.
