This is designed to house the standard temperature controller and three rocker switches. 100% printable without any kind of repair.
Box Dimensions: 191mm x 110mm x 53mm, W x D x H.
The Lid has a 2mm interior lip to align it to the base.

The rocker switch cutouts are 21mm to account for shrinkage and rook to get the switches in without too much effort. Any standard 19mm rocker switch can be used. I used these: https://www.amazon.com/Support...
The lid screws and screws to secure the box down are #8. I used #8 x 1/2" wood screws for all 4. You can also use the metric equivalent.
I have an alternative blank box with no cutouts that can be customized. I can also customize this for any controller/switch/misc cutouts.
