Summary So I made this in Photoshop then printed it with an Ultimaker 2+ in glow in the dark filament. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Infill: 20% How I Designed This I used photoshop 3D workshop to take the light parts of his face forward and then I printed it.
