Still working on this as a prototype,
The final version of which will need some extra bits to finish:
To get the 'slap' effect there is and internal cavity to be filled with a 174mm length of metal measuring tape, I used an old extendable which doesn't retract anymore, width can be up to 16mm and it needs to be strong to reshape your flexible prints.
Wrap the tape using the 'JWinner' file
NinjaFlex or TPU should be used to get the level of bend once printed just right.
Flexible glue will seal the lot together, there's an option to add in a small button battery & LED strip to make the logo glow.

The inner logo parts were too large, I will re scale and upload.

To get the logo looking more crisp I used one shell (0.4) to print the inner part and prayed for good flex filament flow.
Sadly, the teeth are just too small....
