Fits 9 mm snap off utility blades. As the blade wears out snap off an end and move the blade forward in the handle to use a sharp section.Put together with some 3/8 th bolts and you're good to go. A nylon lock nut would be best for the hinge for obvious reasons. Use for taking the guts out of 12 gauge shotgun shells so you can change them. To be used by qualified and competent shotgun ammo re-loaders.
