Printet in ABS because PLA get deformed in car with high temperatures EDIT 21.6.2016 The support for the phone is a little wider because was done for an lg with a thin cover. ++++ This is a adjustable support (rotation and tilting) I have done for my LG G4 to be installed in my car. I've printed it in blue PLA with a Mendelmax XL. All parts are made with a layer thockness of 0.2mm, the only part that needs support is the "floating support". I also included inventor files to allow customization for other phones / tablets. Have fun! Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendelmax XL Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: M4x15 screw and M4 nut are required to complete the assembly. Also a couple of screws are required to fix the base to the support on the dash (you can print a custom designed part to match your dash or use other material such as wood).
