Summary
I mad the Ozo 1x2x3 Puzzle Bear, and was really impressed with it (and with the fact that, unlike a 3x3x3 Rubik's Cube, I could actually solve it).
This is a 1x2x3 puzzle version of the Ultimaker Robot, but you can use the Rubiks123.scad file to make 1x2x3 puzzles of any STL file. I would have liked to make this a Customiser model, but that won't let you import STL files, so you'll have to use OpenSCAD:
You need 3 files in a folder (where YOUR MODEL is whatever model you choose):
Rubiks321.scad
Rubiks321 - YOUR MODEL.scad (use Rubiks321 - UltimakerRobot.scad as a template)
YOUR MODEL.stl
Then open Rubiks321 - YOUR MODEL.scad in OpenSCAD, change the settings. You must change 'filename' to YOUR MODEL.stl, and set view=0 to show you the cutting planes, then you can tweak the other settings to get the result you desire.
