Summary I love this carriage ~_~ It's looking pretty nice, and has awesome fan ducts. Also there is tensioners for wheels and belt. But, this carriage not very well to see nozzle. The big fan duct for filament is nice for printing, but you have limited view of nozzle. Also there is some inconvenience with replacing of nozzle. So in future, I'll make some changes. Covers are optional (just for nice viewing), you may use only functional parts - it will change nothing. Some links what I used: E3D v6 kit (with volcano), PTFE tube, endstop, fans, spring, GT2 belt.
