3-wheeled Z guide (Re-D-Bot)
Free
Summary Hi all! (= This is my 3-wheeled mount for Z-axis. So you can save 1 wheel instead use original 4-wheel. Also by 3 wheel much easier calibrate. In files you can see two versions. First version has 2 parts (Z_Wheel3_Guide-Part1 and Z_Wheel3Guide-Part2...) where part 2 can be used with tensioner or eccentric. Second version (Z_Wheel3_Guidev2...) is more stronger and prefered by me. I recommend to use this version. But there version only with tensioner. I like tensioner there, it so useful and easy. P'S: On Re-D-Bot and D-Bot analogs, used Micro V Wheels. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Re-D-Bot Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Post-Printing For tensioner you will need one M5*15 (or some M5 suitable length) and one M5 nut. 01.14.17 update +1 mm to outside, for more easy assembly Updated files: Z_Wheel3_Guide_v2-With_tensioner.STL Support me If you want to support me and if you want to get cashbacks on Aliexpress, check this http://epngo.bz/cashback_index/v1nphb I like their service, on Aliexpress you can get double cashback (about 18%)
