Glue Pivet arms together. Glue braces to pivet arms. Glue pivet arms to ferris seat. Glue seatPivet2 parts together then glue to one end of center peg. Attach apex's to apex bases Insert center peg through apex, then through centerPegSpacer, then through ferrisArms, then through other side, then spacer, insert ferris seats, then glue other centerPegEnd to centerPeg.
