This is an (incomplete) ruler that has a swivel gauge thing that you slide along the length of the ruler, as it goes over each inch of the ruler it pops the pins up which allows the user to read the measurement in braille. This has been a pain to complete, so unfortunately it's not Complete (maybe one of you will finish the job for everyone who wants one of these :) ?? )
