This is a vacuum clamp I designed for my dad's Dewalt DC500 Shop Vac. The original clamp securing the top half to the bottom half broke, so I designed a new one keeping the limits of 3D printing and material mechanics in mind. This prints best at 0.15mm layer height, 3 shells, supports enabled, and a raft or brim. I printed it out of pla for prototyping purposes but, abs will work just as well if not better.
