Small tractor toy with rubber engine :D All you need is to print and combine with some bearing (22 mm outer diameter (55/64"), 8mm inner, 7mm height, "default" size for spinners) and a rubber band. Crop the band in a half after assemble or so, you need it to be stainde. After that just spin the handle for a few times and release on the surface. It's better to print it with 0.1mm layer or so, 1mm walls is the best option. You can check these video to see how it works. Video 1 and Video 2
