Lobster
Free
Summary This is the stylized lobster from www.123Dapp.com. I split it into parts and oriented them for easy 3D printing. The claws, legs and antennae need to be glued to the body. I have included connector pins to attach the head and tail, but they didn't work at the small scale I used, so I just glued them too. I painted the eyes with black gloss enamel. I've included the Meshmixer file for reference. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker Original Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 mm or better Infill: 10% Notes: The parts have been pre-oriented to minimize the amount of support needed. How I Designed This I started with the Autodesk Premium Lobster from www.123Dapp.com and used Meshmixer to split up the parts, make them watertight solid bodies, and orient them for printing.
