An oil pump in HO scale (you can resize it for other scales). To animate it, you'll need to put an electric motor under the board and connect it with a rubber band to the main shaft. Or you could use gears from elsewhere on this site, the bit is up to you. Assemble it as per the diagram, just like an old model kit using glue.
