Summary Customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:49597 This adaptor has a 3 mm wall thickness, and an over all height of 100 mm. The oddly named file "Yadaptateur4po par 3po2,5mm.stl" is the same but with 2.5 mm wall thickness, to save some plastic. It was tested with ABS, and I printed it too cold. It had a lot of delamination so I "painted" it inside and out with a mix of one part ABS desolved into 4 parts acetone. That worked well and seems more than strong enough for use. So make sure you print this part hot enough, because the layers are under stress when the part is in real world use.
