Summary
Soldering magnifier from Aliexpress have very short arm, completely unusable for working.
Replacing middle part with printed one allows to extend working space.
Post-Printing
Insert culled nut for top connector.
Another nut and bolt allows to fix ball joint in desired position.
Also you need to cut LED wires and solder longer (and flexible) wire outside of magnifier body
