As it seems Razer Man O War headphones like to break on top, and with 3D printer, it is easy to fix. Just cut off that connectors that left and insert this one. You need to place top cushion inside this fix with ears of the fix being on top (where text is).
I printed it from Nylon since I was looking for something hard but flexible. Not sure PLA will work, since if it breaks there can be sharp parts in your head, but with nylon it will be fine.
