Summary I wanted a simple direct drive extruder for my mini prusa i3, and being a mini it does not have a lot of space so I made this. It sandwiches an E3D V6 style extruder onto the x-carriage. The extruder has mounting holes for a standard 40mm computer fan, and the idler lever uses a bearing that I scavenged from a larger computer fan. (Old computer parts are your friend.) Edit: Just added my x-carriage which allows for an additional 25mm of build space on the x axis! Have fun everybody!
