In this course, we will use 3D printed models of kinematic pair joints in order to present to students a practical method to understand the concept of kinematic pair joints and the use of modeling in the simplification of complex mechanisms. With this method, students will learn the modeling of mechanical connections, the different types of contacts between solids and the degrees of freedom of each mechanical connection. The Standard used is a French Standard : NF E 04-015 ISO 3952. I used the french language to respect the standard used.
