Made this multi piece filament holder for my CTC 3D printer, after some trial and error I have what works now. 

I did this through several weeks and did not record build times but I do run my PLA at 208C and a max extrude speed at 45 mm/s, slower speeds produce better looking objects but take way longer to run.         Updated axle mod, I have noticed that Inland has started to use filament spools with a smaller hole in the middle so I modified the axle to work with my original design and fit through a 2" spool opening!
