Well, throw it into OpenSCAD and shave a teensy bit off the back and give it some overhang-friendly notches! Instructions Slice without support, and print away! After printing both parts, slide the printed papillon_base.stl onto the shirt-button to see if it fits (it should fit loosely on an unbuttoned button, but fit snugly once the shirt is buttoned). If it does, then super-glue them together and go party!
