This is a prop knife with a sufficiently blunt edge for safety. It's all fun and games until someone ends up crying. Play safe everyone. I would suggest epoxy to glue the parts together. The scale should print on a Replicator 2 sized printer.
I personally use it while practicing self-defense with a partner. Like most things, if I can design it, I print it.
