Summary I designed this after realizing that the several Filament Sensors that I had downloaded from Thingiverse, and the only ones I could find were for bigger microswitches than I had, so I designed this around the 12.75mmx6.5mm micro switches I had on hand. Print Settings Printer: Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: 15% Notes: Print flat side down. Printed in PETG, but PLA should be fine. Post-Printing Make sure the microswitch is oriented so that the filament will run the direction of the arrow on the top . I soldered a JST connector to the pins for convenience. Uses 2x m3x12mm screws and matching m3 nuts. Like many of my designs, this one is available for free on Thingiverse, or you can support my work by downloading it here.
