Security camera mount to gang box
Free
Summary Needed a way to mount my Laview security cameras to 1 gang switch boxes. Designed to press fit a 5/16 size (7.77 mm) nut on the underside. Insert nuts, attach to the outlet box, then screw the camera into the press fit screws. You have to measure the appropriate length bolt to use based on your brand camera as it cannot project beyond the base of the mount. The mount also serves to cover the arch at the camera base used to run wires out the side which I did not want. (Optional) One of my cameras needed to sit down a bit lower to clear an obstacle so created the spacer to go with it. Sink it into the build plate when slicing to get a reduced height. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Maker Select v2.1 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 20%-whatever Notes: Supports needed for the press fit nut slots. Works well to have a bit of support debris to make the fit tight.
