Summary
This Spool Winder can run at variable speeds to wind filament at the speed of the Extruder. A level wind mechanism is optional, but it winds fine without one.
The big difference to this winder from the first one is that the spool gear motor is mounted at the bottom of the spool, thus eliminating the rotating arm.
