This project was an experiment in simple print-in-place joints. No rafts, no supports, and best of all, no assembly! Just carefully remove the print from your bed and gently unlock the joints. For the most part, the joints are either pins or ball-and-socket.
I optimized the fit for a Makerbot Rep2 using PLA; 0.2mm layer height with single walls and 5% infill. Even on my most successful print, I wasn't able to free the last two joints - good luck!
