This set was made to be used with a standard Ball brand mason jar. The
jar is painted to block light from reaching the coffee. The spoon holder collar is just big enough to slide over the rim so it sits just under the lid. The funnel is for adding fresh coffee to the jar so it doesn't spill. This set goes in tandem with my knock box and tamper set for here https://pinshape.com/items/457...
