The design is a dual phone or camera setup. the design had many different type of clamps that are offered to fit larger or bulkier setups. there are no bolts or screws  in the design but there are open holes to allow the assembler to determine the best setup for them. There is     also a built in function that allows the phones/cameras  to detach from the unit and stand alone due to retractable legs.
