This tool is for releasing the plastic clamp on a Cummins brand coolant or fuel line. It's designed to snap on and stay on until you get the line off. The size of the opening of the tool is 25mm, to help you determine the size it fits. You can probably just resize this if you have a different quick release line. The engine pictured is an ISL 9. You will need to use a strong flexible plastic such as PETG, ABS or Nylon. 100% infill, larger layer lines would be best for strength as I understand it.
