This is a hanger for your RC Plane wing. It is meant primarily for foam jet wings or anything relatively lightweight. To create the hanger, you need to print two of each part. Glue the notch in the main hanger piece to the notch in the mount. They should snap together, but the glue will give it an extra measure of security. Hang the two far enough apart to balance your wing.
